Designer, artist, and lover of all things home — turning ordinary rooms into places that feel collected, considered, and entirely yours.
I'm Elizabeth — born in Bangkok, raised between two cultures, and shaped by parents who taught me that the smallest details are usually the most important ones. After moving to the United States, I graduated from Strath Haven High School and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Arts from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
I came to interior design the long way — through painting, through visual storytelling, through years of watching how a single object can change the feeling of a room. Today my focus is on growing Elizabeth Lyons Design alongside LALA & NONNY — two practices, one eye.
My work is rooted in a few quiet convictions: that comfort and beauty aren't opposites, that every object should earn its place, and that the best rooms always have at least one thing that makes you smile out loud.
A great room is found by paying attention — to how you live, what you love, where the light falls — long before a single decision is made.
Every piece is chosen with intention. Less, but better — always.
Trends fade. Good bones, soft textures, and great light don't.
I'll spend two days getting one corner right. The clients who love their finished homes most are the ones who feel that care in every detail.
Vintage finds, family heirlooms, original art — your home should feel like you, not like a catalog.
Beautiful spaces should be touched, used, and loved daily — not treated like a museum.
Every project begins with Before We Meet — a small, gentle practice you do at your own pace, in your own home, before we ever sit down. From there we have a real conversation, build the vision together — moodboards, palettes, plans — and shepherd it through sourcing, styling, and the final reveal. I work with budgets of every size and homes of every shape, and I keep things calm, collaborative, and a little bit fun along the way.
